How do we order?
We prefer a direct personal approach so we can achieve exactly what you want. Use our contact order form to have one of our exceptional team members talk you through your order or use our chat box, we will answer any of those quick questions you may have.

Unfortunately we are only online ,
Do you have a contact number?
No we are an online business only and all communication is done via email. We have found in the past having a telephone was very disruptive to our printing process which delayed orders. We answer all enquiries as best as we can. Majority of the time the answer will be on this website.
How do we accept payment?
When placing your order via the Design Your Own Sash page you will have the 3 options.
- Pay via bank deposit - you will receive our bank details in another email once your order is placed. Check your Spam folder if you don't receive it or contact us.
- Pay with Paypal - using your PayPal Account (for added security you are then covered by Paypal's T's and C's)
- Pay with Credit Card - select the Credit Card or PayPal button and it will take you to this screen below. Scroll down to where it states "Pay with Card" and then you will securely enter your details. No you do NOT need to create a PayPal Account.
When placing your order manually our finance team will email you our invoice with a link (we use Quickbooks). You then have the option to pay with Bank Deposit, PayPal or Credit Card (please refer above for using this method). If you have a Purchase Order No. please let us know when placing the order..
