WHAT DOES TC SASH CO CREATE?

TC Sash Co creates personalised deluxe satin sashes for graduations, pageants, dance and performance competitions, agricultural shows, fashions on the field, awards, corporate events, hens parties, birthdays and many other occasions.

We offer individual and bulk orders, with custom wording, colour choices, logos, artwork and available finishing options.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

For an individual or straightforward sash order, use our Design Your Own Sash page to choose your sash colour, print colour, wording and available options.

Use our Order/Enquiry Form when ordering bulk quantities, adding a logo, uploading artwork, arranging a purchase order or requesting something that is not available through the online designer.

Our team will review custom enquiries and confirm pricing, availability and the next steps.

CAN I ORDER JUST ONE SASH?

Yes. Individual sash orders are welcome.

For a straightforward order, use our Design Your Own Sash page to personalise and order directly.

DO YOU OFFER BULK OR ORGANISATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes. We work with schools, studios, clubs, competitions, event organisers, businesses and community organisations throughout Australia.

Bulk pricing may be available depending on the quantity and requirements. Please include your quantity, event date, delivery postcode, wording, colours and artwork requirements in our Order/Enquiry Form.

CAN YOU ADD OUR LOGO OR CUSTOM ARTWORK?

Yes. Logos and custom artwork can be added to suitable orders.

Upload the best-quality artwork available through our Order/Enquiry Form. High-resolution or vector artwork will generally produce the best result.

We will contact you if the file is unsuitable, requires adjustment or may not reproduce clearly.

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SASH AND PRINT COLOURS?

View the available options on our Sash and Print Colours page.

Colours shown online are a guide only and may vary across screens. For the clearest result, choose a print colour that contrasts strongly with the sash colour.

If an exact colour match is important, please contact us before ordering.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING THE WORDING?

Please carefully check all names, dates, titles, punctuation and spelling before submitting your order.

Orders placed through the online designer are based on the details you submit and may not receive a separate proof.

For larger orders or custom artwork, we will confirm the applicable proofing process before production. Once a design has been approved or production has commenced, changes may not be possible.

DO YOU ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS?

Purchase orders can be accommodated for approved schools, businesses and organisations.

Please include the purchase order number and billing contact details in your Order/Enquiry Form. We will confirm the invoicing and payment arrangements before production.

HOW CAN I PAY?

The payment options available for your order will be shown at checkout or stated on your invoice.

For manually quoted orders, payment instructions will be provided after the order details have been confirmed.

Production may not begin until the required payment or deposit has been received and cleared.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Production time depends on the quantity, design requirements, current workload and the time of year. Delivery time is additional to production time.

Please include your event or required-by date with every order or enquiry. We will confirm whether the requested timeframe is achievable before accepting a time-sensitive custom order.

DO YOU ACCEPT URGENT ORDERS?

Rush production may be available depending on our current workload and the requirements of your order.

Please contact us before placing an urgent order. A rush fee may apply, and a delivery date is not confirmed until it has been accepted by TC Sash Co in writing.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER OR VISIT YOUR STORE?

TC Sash Co is an online business and does not operate a public retail showroom.

Unless a collection arrangement has been confirmed with us in writing, orders will be delivered to the address provided.

IS TC SASH CO AN AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS?

Yes. TC Sash Co is an Australian-owned business.
